Neighbourhood Associations
Kitchener is lucky to have a rich collection of neighbourhood associations contributing to the vibrancy of neighbourhood life. Thanks to these passionate volunteers, there are fun things to do and opportunities to build people's sense of belonging in their neighbourhood.
Every neighbourhood association is different, reflecting the unique and diverse people who live there. Some offer recreational programs like dance, yoga or pickleball. Some organize events to mark holidays like Eid, Christmas or Diwali. Others provide ways to discuss neighbourhood issues, opportunities and challenges.
Of course, these neighbourhood associations rely on volunteers like you to get involved and help make things happen. Visit What's in my 'hood? to find out which neighbourhood association you belong to, or browse through the list below.
